I decided to have a first birthday party for Maya.. well for me really because she has no idea about birthdays or parties. I wanted to celebrate Maya's first year of life and the fact that we'd survived it. Not that I didn't think we'd survive it.. well mostly. :)

Happy birthday, Maya. She looks wonderful and very beautiful in her birthday dress. It's so hard to believe a year has past, and what a year, eh? I'm so sorry to hear about your vertigo. I can't imagine what those experiences are like and it's awful you don't feel confidently able to be a mum for Maya, I really hope things improve.
